Nearly done! At this time your EasySBC will have been installed, tested and proven to be working within your network, congratulations!
Staying with best practice we will now go through two taks to ensure that in the event of any issue you have a couple of options to get back up and working quickly.
Task 1: Backup the configuration from EasySBC
Navigation: From the Home screen navigate to Status, and under Downloads click on Settings.
You will be presented with the following screen:
Select both Platform Configuration and Call Control Engine and then select the Download button.
Important: Once you have the downloaded files please store these along with your licence file. Both will be needed in the event that the EasySBC needs to be rebuilt.
Task 2: Take a system snapshot on your Virtual system manager.
Taking a snapshot is different on each Virtualisation platform so please select from the list below the correct version and we'll guide you through this process:
