Due to unprecedented demand for our EasySBC VoipSec are pleased to announce we are accelerating the move to our new cloud infrastructure.
This move to the VoipSec Cloud will require a minor update to your EasySBC. If you're unsure how to install the update then please follow the instructions below:
1. Locate the update file (attached to your notification email)
2. Login to your EasySBC GUI.
3. Browse to "Settings/Update System"
4. Browse to the downloaded update file and select "Upload"
5. Once completed you will be prompted to reboot (screen shot below)
6. Reboot the appliance and verify the system comes back up and connects to the licence server.
